Seminar on Banking Law

Jean-Pierre Jacquemoud, partner at Jacquemoud Stanislas, has been chairing a legal seminar with Professor Gérard Hertig for more than 30 years, bringing together 20 banks and management companies.

The group meets 6 times a year to discuss current legal issues.

The participants are in-house lawyers from banks and asset management companies.

Several speakers, recognized specialists in their field, including lawyers, Law Professors and representatives of the Swiss banking regulator (FINMA), are invited to participate in this seminar.

At the end of each meeting, a detailed memorandum is sent to the participants.
