Our firm advises and represents clients in relation to both litigious and non-litigious intellectual property matters. We notably assist clients in proceedings involving validity and infringement of intellectual property rights including patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs and know-how, as well as disputes relating to unfair competition. We also advise clients in drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts relating to intellectual property rights such as R&D, licensing, technology transfer, franchising and distribution agreements.
