Litigation and Arbitration
Our specialized knowledge of certain business, financial and legal sectors gives us an edge in presenting the issues at stake in comprehensive and convincing terms. Our approach to litigation and other forms of dispute resolution, including arbitration, is driven by two prongs: reflection and efficiency. We take into account risk assessment, the strategy for managing the case, and a constant aim of achieving the client’s desired result. As a result, we are equipped to provide our clients with high quality, availability and efficiency in the management of their cases in all kinds of litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Mediation, Litigation and Arbitration
While having developed an important advisory practice over the years, our law firm has never forgotten the roots of our profession: we continue to litigate on behalf of our clients in a broad range of civil, commercial and contractual matters. Guy’s role as substitute judge at the Cour de Justice ensures that our litigation practice incorporates important insights as to litigation practice and precedent. Litigating international and local matters in the context either of mediation or arbitration, or before Swiss civil courts, constitutes an important part of our firm’s core activities.
White Collar Crime and International Assistance
We have longstanding experience defending against prosecutions involving allegations of white collar crime and with respect to requests for international assistance in criminal and administrative matters. The latter involve the criminal or administrative law of more than one legal system and can be complex and delicate for those involved, which we take into account in advising our clients who are subject to such proceedings.
