Our work includes advising entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and private equity firms on financing rounds, assisting clients in private equity deals, such as buy-outs in the forms of LBOs and MBOs and exits (including IPOs) and handling complex transactions through auctions for private equity funds.
Our M&A team can assist you in the preparation of M&A transactions. We work with buyers and sellers in due diligence, contract negotiation and closing; our assistance to clients also covers IP, regulatory, labor, environmental, real estate, and other ancillary issues.
Our team is well known for its private equity practice, in particular LBO transactions. We have advised dozen of large and mid-sized European and American private equity houses in connection with such transaction. It is part of the DNA of our firm.
